Volunteers’ Week takes place 1–7 June this year, and ensuring that we thank the nation’s volunteers is more important than ever.
Every day we see extraordinary acts of kindness and selflessness taking place all over the country – especially at the moment when we are all relying on each other to get through the current Covid-19 outbreak.
Michael Gove is calling for Surrey Heath residents to get in touch to nominate a local community hero as part of Volunteers’ Week, so that they can be celebrated for the fantastic work they do.
To nominate a community champion in your local area, please email [email protected] with your full name and address, the name of the person you would like to nominate and the reason why you are nominating that person.
All entries must be received by 31st May 2020.
